This is great, its almost like looking at a 3D disney image because the bird looks like it has personality and its beak looks like a big nose! But I think its great, better than photography.

I love the color tone of the illustration. One suggestion if I may - make the background contrast the illustration (warm foreground, cold background) - it'll make the bird stand out even more.
