I love the lighting! And the IDEA! XDD Vegeta's so angry! It kinda gives me the same feel as those moments from the Buu saga did. Like, they just ended up in a conveniently suggestive position somehow - Goku doesn't see it but Vegeta's goes "NO WAY" XP I don't know. I'm in too much of a daze with this piccie to come up with a good scenario.
The way the lines are drawn make it look like you drew this really fast...you scribbled this, didn't you? You just SLAPPED something on there...O_O AND MADE ART!
