If the original text was "sinome tenn' ambar metta"="In this place(here) until the end of the world", from the Elendil quote, the written text of the first word is "seromr". If you want I can give you the correct writing.

you can notice by yourself that the second and the last caracter in the first word are the same, where in "sinome" there are no letter repetitions. Anyway the photo is really wonderful
