Out of curiosity, what exactly is that comic about? I've seen it sold in my country (in croatian translation), but I never bought one.
If there are characters like these in it, than I just may change my mind, though.

lol, It's an indian mythical creature; human torso and a huge snail tail instead of legs, and usually four arms. Kinda like you drew. I thought it was a naga.
