Ah I love Greek mythology! I read this fantasy book series lately that puts a lot of Greek mythology into a modern fictional setting. Percy Jackson and the Olympians is the series, first book entitled The Lightning Thief. In the series, they have Pandora have a jar as well. Why in heavens' name would they have a box? LOL. Totally must be a jar. These are lovely m'dear. ^^ Thanks for sharing it!

I know, but in my language they call it "vaso di Pandora" and "vaso" is the word for "jar..I actually don't know wich is the original greek version so I always imagined it to be a sort of jar

In both the original Greek and Latin translations of Greek, Pandora has a jar! English is just stupid sometimes; I'm not sure who came up with the idea that it should be a box. Yay, my useless knowledge has finally come in handy!
