It's finally finished!! I HIGHLY recommend downloading this so you can see all of the smaller details.
In order to make the costume, I used references from Batwoman (Kate Kane), Batman of Shanghai, and Asami's driving outfit.
I chose to make Bat!Asami, because I've been wanting to draw it since we first saw Asami kick ass on both the race track and in Hiroshi's secret batcave tunnel.

By "Batman of Shanghai" Are you referring to Black Bat, aka Cassandra Cane, or the DC animated short?

Although, I guess the cape kind of resembles Cass's Black Bat cape.
The main influence I got from the animated short was Asami's bat symbol.

I love this because, on the show, Asami *totally* takes on Batman's role.
Her being the "Batman" of Team Avatar's "Justice League" works shockingly well.
And it makes Mako Wonder Woman, for added lulz.
