Well, next time you do a project, follow this:
1. Take Screenshots of what you're doing and every change you've made in the process (if it's in Photoshop/Imageready/Whatever)
2. Explain what you're doing along with the screenshot. If it's coloring, fixing lineart mistakes, or using a specific filter or tool, it also helps to talk about "how" you like to do it or how you plan to do it or what methods you like to use that others don't etc.
3. Arrange screenshots and explanations in a single column like people arrange comics. 4 to 6 panels stacked on top of eachother with writing/notes in between.
4. Label it "Tutorial"
5. Done!
