I love the shading on this one. The expression is excellent, the lips are very well detailed, but there is a small gap between the upper lips and the teeth,on the left.
The hair is very good, it's ussual to see vector hair that doesn't looks like hair, just a mass of color over the head, this one does looks like hair, thanks to the colors and the shading. Some of the ends (specially the one that goes to the chin) aren't rounded up, taking a little bit of realism with them, but other than that, excellent work.

this looks good welldone but... the lines are a bit jaggerdy on the hair maybe you should smarten them up but if you want that loook dont change it!! welldone!!
