Like Katie pointed out I really love the fingers. The line-work as a whole is superb and I love that it's done in red. The fur on the right side of the face just really pops.

That's a pretty broad definition, isn't it? It reminded me of some comics that, just like this drawing, are completely drawn with a single size for every line, and don't have black areas (other than the lines).

The "European" thing was because I usually associate those with comics by people from Italy or France. But I'm sure it's a style used in Asia, Africa, America, and Oceania too.
