I hope you don't take that bad, but the first thing which came to my mind when I saw this was, "I can't decide whether it's adorable or creepy"
And it also reminds me a bit of a candle... maybe because of the shapes that remind me of melted wax. I wonder if there's a meaning behind your fish holding a heart like an angler fish holds his light.

I dunno whether to like it, because it is stunning, or hate it for the way it makes me feel.
I guess that can be said of most art, but this one strikes me differently than most other things do.

I based the fish off an angler fish, which attracts it's prey to it with a light on it's head..

this is pretty much the first time I've had something in mind while drawing.. not off the bat, but as I drew a theme popped into my head, and I went with it.

This is one of the most striking images to emerge from you gallery. Ever. It could be the elegance of black and red, how it resembles Chinese sumi-e... or indeed the sheer abstractness, manifested in your iconic, energetic style.
Looking at this I feel the urge to draw an arc with my hand and arm in a mirroring duet, so powerful is the choreography.
