Description
A commisson done for Vinea.Zepar is apparently a demon that seduces women. There some info here [link] but thats about it.
I designed the character, but I did not design that seal.

I'm inclined to agree with avancna's interpretation, after reading the link you provided. I quite like the way you made this character, even though I'm not too big on the whole demon-y thing in general.

I wouldn't say that he seduces women, though he is probably more than capable of doing so (after all, what woman can say "no" to a man in hooves?).
He sounds more of a matchmaker than an incubus.

btw his feets remember me a bit those of Raziel, from the videogame Soul-Reaver
