His name is Alex and hes from the village hidden in the snow in the land of ice (MADE UP VILLAGES I KNOW MY DUDES) his village was once really large untill poeple started moving to warmer places and clans starting getting killed off by rival clans. The hidden snow is not well know but there shinobi are well trained as they go other places to train not just in the ice. They are trained for all Terrain. There main jutus is the frozen jutus (as the name suggestsYES I KNOW HAKU HAD THAT AS A KENKIGENKI JUST HEAR ME OUT ;- frozen jutus is a mix of water and air to make a froze/Ice attack.

Back to Alex, his full name is Alexander yuki the yuki clan was taken out by a rival clans when Alex was 11. The yuki clan was by far the largest clan in that village and made up over half of the shinobi in the village, because of there kenkigenki the Marugan.
It's an ocular jutsu that sees in heat radar. It's good for hidden attacks, assassinations, insta kills , long distances attacks and tracking. It allows then to see the heat if a person in detail, such as seeing organs and chakra flow. This also help with killing as you don't see a person mire of a blob. Alex struggles with this as he was trained to see The Blob as not as a person making him a little uncontrollable when he uses his Marugan.
At age 12 he was adpotes by a hidden leaf jonin and taken to the leaf right before the chunin exam and was placed in a team ( three of my friends ocs) Kenshin natsuki anf there sensei Wisteria.
