How did you filter the eye so it is sharper in the last step?

this is amazing but i dont understand how you went from the second to last to the last, the last one looks so much sharper and more defined, what did you do? and how do you make eyelashes, when i do it it doesnt go thick to thin it just stays the same thickness

I can't answer the first question, but I can answer the second one ;D if you have a tablet it's easy to do it with the ink pen. Or just with a normal pen. Change the min size to 0 and.. There ya go ;D With Advanced Settings on you can change it a little bit into more cooler stuff :3
