I am not familiar with Soundwave, but this WOULD be a good idea for a video game, only it would be both sensible and the right thing for Mike and Sulley to implement the rescue, to undo their wrongdoing. Randall was not thrown into the Human World as "punishment". The Monster World has a judicial system, of courts and penalties handed down by the courts. They have judges and juries, as indicated at the beginning of MI, with another monster being asked, "how was jury duty". Randall never got a trial, never got a chance to present HIS side, nothing. Randall was thrown into the Human World as an act of REVENGE, plain and simple, by two individuals seeking retribution against him for what he had tried to do to them, and in the process, they became no more than vigilantes, common thugs, who intended for him to die, and die horribly. THEY need to be the ones to pull off this rescue. The game can have different threats at different levels, from alligator hunters, quicksand, alligators themselves, floating mats of Hydrilla that look like solid ground but which conceal deep water, alligator garfish, bowfins, bull sharks(yeah, they got those in the bayous, too), bears, traps, hurricanes, hoards of blood-sucking mosquitoes, venomous snakes and even Cryptozoologists looking for monsters. There are a lot of potentially dangerous things in Louisiana-a lot of GOOD things, but a lot of things that can kill you if you're not careful or don't know what you're doing. Yeah, you can even bring in Dr. Facilier, since he IS a Disney character, too, so there's no licensing issues.

Yeah, correct. But Sulley and Mike even don't intend to remember him. They just fired him to his unknown fate. I always thought that their revenge was too cruel... Sulley himself is far from being saint, he scared billion children causing them increasing many complexes, yes, he saved one child, but hurting many others. Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan both even don't know which way they sent Randall!
Bull sharks? Seriously? Poor Randy.
The idea for game is cool!

Yeah, right about Sullivan! Most fans of the movie so conveniently forget that HE terrified and traumatized thousands of children, night after night. Just because he came to the realization that doing this was wrong, didn't change what had already happened. Neither he nor Mike saw anything wrong with scaring human kids until Sulley got that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend time with a human child and find out that they were sapient beings just like monsters. Had that NOT happened, Sulley would have kept on being a Scarer until he retired, with no regrets or remorse whatsoever. I can PROMISE you, had Waternoose approached him and and Mike about building a machine to extract Scream from human children, they would have jumped at that opportunity! And yet, everyone just focuses on Randall and what he was doing.
I don't believe, though, that Mike and Sulley, and Mike especially, just randomly called down that particular door. As a Scare Assistant, it was Mike's job to be familiar with the doors and where they led. I believe most deeply and sincerely that Mike knew EXACTLY where that door led, and it was most likely one of the Sulley's Scare assignments(Scarers are matched to particular children based on those kids' particular fears). Not only that, but as a Scare Assistant, Mike would have known something about that particular region and those people's quirks. He most likely checked to verify that the people were at home, too. If you look closely at screen caps from the Blu-Ray of that scene, there is actually a bloody butcher knife and meat cleaver hanging on the wall right behind Mike as he's holding open the door for Sulley to toss a pleading Randall inside, and there is no way that Mike could have missed that or what that implied would happen to Randall once he was discovered! He KNEW that his former roommate and "best chum" would be attacked and probably killed, and this is what he intended to happen! This constitutes premeditated murder under our law, probably under monster law, too.

Oh, I just thought you were right. Mike should knew THIS door and the boy living there. Here is the quote from Pixar Wiki: "According to the commentary, the "boy" is actually the model of the simulation kid wearing a cap and the "mom" is a bigger version of the said model with a "bun" placed on the head". It means, that monsters of corporation used live-action model of namely this boy as a training for new employers! Yes, at least Mike knew him...

That looks pretty cool. I like Soundwave especially, though I think the background could use some work to give it a little depth.
overall, nice work ^-^
