There are over twenty robins in the stretch of park that I walk every day  
Most of them let me photograph them - I don't like the tree branches getting in the way

I know what you mean. I don't like tree branches getting in the way. 

Yesterday I was trying to get a photo of a butcher bird in my garden, but I couldn't get a clear shot!

Normally butcher birds are very tame. They used to land right next to me, only a few feet away. I had a few follow me around the garden.
