The first picure of Chalis-dono I posted on devart was REALLY bad... first of all, it didn't even look like him, and was too chibi... but, I was annoyed more by the fact that I couldn't get his hair to actually look like recognizeable water... So, recently, I drew this as an attempt to actually get his hair to look like it's water once and for all. I'm uber-proud of it at the moment, despite the fact that I don't like how his eyes look... but that's really not the point.
