Because I love the original by Hillary-CW, I decided to cut my teeth on it while teaching myself to paint in photoshop.
It is neither good, nor properly finished, but here it is.

Awesome job on the coloring. The colors are so soft. They're very lovely and not too overwhelming at all. They just bring even more life to the original drawing.
