)This was a rather quick build (6 hours in total) but since i modeled her legs( original model didn't have any) i need to make the inside of her skirt and add the legs. She stands 80cm tall. I stilk don't know if i should build the cape or take some cloth and use that.

Hmm, I think a cloth would be the only thing to do justice to her cape of ice. A quick search of blue lace fabric on google showed nice results for pretty possibilities.
