Honestly The Eraser is a cool character underneath the surface/in terms of concept. Him being a super villain evidence disposer, which could include corpses from murders, leverages or loose ends. Just need to play up that fact, maybe have the pencil costume look more eerie and you've honestly got an interesting minor villain. Honestly C-List villains are just characters writers are to lazy or untalented to do stuff with. Still morbidly great art and it's always good to see Batman knocked down a peg

White Rabbit, a villainess introduced in the new52. She's a beautiful woman dressed in white/pink lingerie with a bunny motif. Personally, I think she's one of the dumbest characters ever created. This is exactly why I recommend her.
You are fantastic at what you do and I am confident you could give her an air of malice that Scott Synder utterly failed to do. I mean, Jesus, you made a guy dressed in bright yellow with an eraser on his forehead menacing. If anyone could do this, it is you.

I adore how you've done this, it's like he's a insane magician who's mind snapped trying to do Jokers pencil "trick". A far cry from what his persona is supposed to do, but Gotham is rampant with nutters, surely one can be pencil obsessed.
