Thank you for your replay .... I'm very beginner ... too many asks I have to do , but first I would like to know how to run the lineart and second how to apply the shadows : layer with multiply fusion or other ? Thank You

your question is a hell of a question if we're going in seriously way.
so I'll make it simple for the beginner.

1.about lineart It need practice a lot to make it look good.
but interm of technique it's no need to serious about how to strict with line and detail.
some artist use very rough lineart to finish the work some drawing the lineart before coloring and some artist draw lineart in the final step after all shading and coloring.(It's personal preference.)
all can became good artwork , your need to research and try to setting different brush in used program it'll help your a lot.

2.about shading or shadow.
it can be simple or very complex it's depend on how much detail you're want.
shadow with normal layer is a simple way to adjust color.
multiply layer is good for blend color between base color and shading , It's more easy way to choose color.
and some artist use only one layer to colorize.(base color+shading in same layer.) 

but if you're the beginner I'm suggest you begin with grayscale coloring practice first.
the basic for the good artwork is " tone value " this will make artwork look solid.
and you can practice with coloring combine with value study later.
