Hey all! This is a Mega Man fan art! I know, Wily's dragon was a Mega Man 2 thing and Rush didn't appear til 3! ...Rush was better than the freakin tools. Lol anyway, got inspired to do this while I was listening to some Mega Man remix music while I was at work. I grew up on the Mega Man/Rock Man games and they'll always have a special place for me. Please enjoy! Painted purely in PSE and as always I give glory to God for creativity and art!
