Lovely colors on those dogs, I like the feet of the "horse" too, or whatever it is. Though the hind part of the dogs look very anatomically wrong, perhaps use some more reference for that.
Dogs have a long thigh bone and in your drawing it has a short thigh bone. I think the thigh bone and the spine/back are the main issues.

Ho! 
The body, feet, ears and snout of a wolf-dog, yet the teeth, eyes and scales of a dragon. 
(At least in my eyes they look like dragon-puppies.

Those are some lovely designs! Quick question (if you don't mind): are they based on any certain breed or ancestor of the dog? Or is this just an interpretation you came up with? Either way, I love it, especially the way the scales blend into the fur!

I was looking at the Belgian Malinois breed. Doesn't quite look like them though.
The horse's hooves were based on a horse ancestor that had 3 toes.
