Aaaaand Sailor Moon music strikes again! Magical teddy bears, sugar coated hearts and my teenage past... oh, how I love thee so.Once again relaxing with quick Sailor Moon - nothing helps better in cheering up. (Not to mention boosting with rainbow ribbons powah.)
what I learned during making: some effects with colored paper and colored pencils etc.

Did you add the white accents digitally or is it paint? 
Your white seems always very opaque though, especially since it's used on sucjh dark bakgrounds O.o I still can't figure out why all the white markers I have, regardless if they're oil, gelpens or whatever, create only an 'illusion' of white because they leave a translucent layer 
I think it would be best to use acrylic white paint for that in y case, but I lack the dexterity of using a traditional brush and wouldn't be able to make such nice, thin strokes ecver U_U
Or maybe if I dilute the paint and use a needle or wooden stick instead of a brush? *_*

Did I mention how cool your blue-paper + gel-pen drawings are? I really like this style, especially in your Labyrinth art. Anytime you do the blue-office-paper style, the image has this extra air of moonlight and enchantment. Which fits perfectly for Sailor Moon, of course!
