If u stare at a pic for a loooooooooooooooong time and look at details, u can copy the way of coloring too! (i usually do that with drawing styles)

Neck seems a tad too long to me, and it has some edges that need smoothing out, but other than that looks good.

The only thing i could sujjest is making the brights brighter and the shadows darker this way it gives it a more 3D look
