i can see that point. just think there is no mouth. those little tendrils under it's chin is how it spreds it's species, all it takes is a corpse.

What program did you use to paint this?

i did the basics in painter then dumped it into photoshop where I scribbled (10-20% opacity brush) untill I got some of the details a better formed/defined. Then back to painter where I blended and added more stuff, then back to photoshop for finishing.
it shold be noted that this was initially a 2"x2" sketch that I kept by my monitor to keep me on track.(never scanned in though as I gave away my scanner a couple of months back(like an idiot)).
