Honestly, after seeing people call this scene into question, I actually have very mixed feelings on it...
So it may make me sound like a massive hypocrite to say hot damn everything about this pic is so amazingly well done. The colors and proportions and posing and expression are near if not actual perfection.
But yeah, going into the details of the scene and how it can come across makes me feel guilty and sorry for Bubble Girl... As a deliberate tickle pic, it's unbearably cute and hot, but trying to justify a scene like that in the actual show is kind of a losing battle.
