Yeah, I've been playing it and it's pretty fun.
Buyer beware though, if you were hoping to go running through the wasteland as a barefoot vampire, there is no barefoot option. You're stuck with whatever boots go with the outfit you chose in character creation.
If that's what you were hoping for, there may eventually be a mod for it on PC. There are already mods letting you wear the clothes or skin of two barefoot characters (Io and Karen), but both are a little wonky.
Anyway, I thought I'd spare you the possible disappointment before the money had been spent.
