I've tried to print at 75% to make fit to an MSD and the print come out GIANT! What resolution is this? Someone please can resize this for an MSD? There's nothing for msd as jacket...

It's 300 dpi, and probably you printed out the pattern with 72 dpi (screen resolution). You need to study your software thoroughly so you could set the correct printing resolution.

I'm sorry, but if you want to adapt this one for a girl you need a plenty of adjustments that are too complicate to describe in a few sentences. The pattern is for BJD doll 65 cm high. The doll has another proportions and is too slim in comparison to a human. More, I don't know the US sizes, as I'm in Europe((
