Wow, what a stunning image!

I love how the colours all seem to compliment each other; the pink of the dress with the fiery and dusky leaves of the trees, and the link between the muted colours of the horse, river and sky. The direction and perspective is executed very well with the aid of that gorgeous river. The horses anatomy is wonderful, with the muscles and bone structure well on par.

The only thing I can nitpick about is the anatomy of the girl. I think that first of all, her legs should have been a bit longer. To me, her back looks a little strange, and from looking at it for a while I think it is her neck and, uh, the way the dress falls on her derriere. I'm not sure about how you could fix the latter; maybe a few more folds and shadows? The neck, or just behind the top of the head, or that lighter patch of pink, looks a little large for the dainty miss, and I feel it could be rectified by putting some the background on top. Last of the nitpicks is her arm; it appears to be very wide at the top, and tapers down to a very slender wrist and hand.
Oh, and I just realised the bridge has no shadow; looking at the trees, there should be one going roughly 7 o' clock. That's all I could muster for con-crit.

Some things I absolutely love are the little details, like the reflection of the grass in the water and the curly bits on the mane. They make my heart flutter in a fan-girl sort of way.

All in all, a very well composed image and brilliantly executed.

First of all, very good use of warm colours: it gives the piece a feeling of autumn. I also like how the unicorn's mane echoes the style of the fairy woman's hair (or is it the other way round?)
I'm not so fond of the anatomy of the fairy woman. She seems a little stretched out, though you'vre managed to get a sense of her weight across the unicorn's withers. I think her torso is a little too long. Her feet and hands are also very tiny: they need to be a little larger. Her neck could use some more length: at this angle it seems too short. The unicorn is also a littl short i nthe body: however, this would make sense if it was a pony type unicorn (I think horses have longer bodies than ponies as a rule)
The perspectiv of the landscape work really well: I love that misty waterfall in the distance. I think your backgrounds are absolutely stunning

This is really lovely

nice use of some colour scheme repetition too. Mind you, considering the rest of the piece, the lady's face is a bit too defined - but that's just personal preference I guess.
