Description Well, I'm afraid that I didn't make it, and to be honest, I'm really dissapointed because I really poured my heart and soul on this piece, not to mention researching crystal formations to get some accuracy on that throne of crystalized honey she is sitting in, and the bees as well.

Well, as accurate as you can be with a giant anthropomorph bee anyways .... sigh

Well, here it is. Enjoy and tell me what you think.

Oh wow, I really hope Capcom is seriously considering doing a new DarkStalkers game. Personally I would like to see not a remix but a prper sequel using the SFIV engine. I might just make an account there to add my support to the project.

Wow she looks awesome!
I love the bee queen and the bees are really good.
Hm, just the throne, I would have tried to let it look like slighty transparent golden crystals with clearer lines instead of those more rough brush strokes. If you get what i mean. >_<
Anyways, Great work!

I went for a more solid look on the crystals to convey strength and sturdiness. Plus most crystalized materials are rarely fully transparent, but it is something I'll take into account next time I get the chance to do a piece with crystals again. Thanks for the input.

Thanks for uploading the final version, and drawing her adding to her pail art numbers! Till now Q-Bee art been showing up maybe once a blue moon...But thanks to people like you who entered Q-Bee got more art in a few days time then she's ever gotten in the PAST 8 YEARS.

Speaking of tribute books, I bought the Street Fighter one today, thinking it was a massive comic book xD... oh well, there are some nice pieces in it... though a bit hefty for £30 ($40)...

I'm definately getting the Darkstalkers one when it comes out

It didn't got picked for the DarkStalkers Tribute book, a lot of people didn't really but DarkStalkers is among my favourite game series.
