I had spoken to the person it was drawn for on neopets as well, and they don't speak very good English so I don't actually know if they wanted anything done about it

I don't remember if I had contacted them personally? I think maybe I had whispered them or something, so I don't really remember. I figured if the artist or original owner wanted it taken care of, they would.. but doesn't seem like anyone wants to stop them except you and me
