HAPPY BIRTHDAY

I promised to draw Regal from Tales of Symphonia in last... February|D? Sorry it took so looooooooong but I completely forgot about it in the middle of all college work OTL But now I did itxD And noticed you had b-day coming so I decided to colour it fully and even make a background ...I honestly have no idea what's going on with that bg, I just didn't want to go with transparent or plain colour...xD

Couple of notes:

He's training -> no shirt and only pants that are almost falling off
I know there isn't a chain in his original handcuffs, but I wanted to draw a short chain so badly that I decided to give him different handcuffs, let's say they are for training usexD??
His pants are different too, I'll use that training excuse here too since I didn't want to draw his foot gear and I wanted to make the pants look more like they are meant for training use|D

Drawing half-naked men is a perfect way to relax and just enjoy the holiday

Dunno if I have really improved in anatomy but at least I think the colouring is betterxD AND this time I kept both legs straight so he won't fall8D Thanks for the tip ~DancingAndDying !

One last thing before copyrightsxD Critique is welcome and I would specifically ask tips for drawing feet, Regal's left foot looks horrible|D And other tips will be most welcome too
