Oh man I made that base so long ago xD But I still really like the face. This is a great interpretation of it! I love the colours.
I feel like you're a bit pillow-shadey--no distinct light source. If you look at the base, there's definitely light coming from one particular direction, but most of your objects are shaded from outside to in. This is a really common thing, but luckily it's easily fixed with practice. Also you don't have any cast shadows under the hair and clothes--the skin would be in shadow slightly!
I love the design of this, and I can tell that you spent a lot of time on the hair, particularly.

Thanks! Yea....light sourcing is really hard for me, but I'm still learning. And sometimes I remember to shade the shadows, and I forgot to here >< Thanks again for the nice comment
