Thanks he's a laughing gull (typically found in the southern United States around the Gulf of Mexico area)

We have many gull species in the USA, my state (Missouri) gets two species of gull in the winter, the ring billed and herring gulls. They are very hard to get pictures of since they are not like the beach gulls
