Description
Those who have read the Dark Elf series will know who Drizzt is I love him and am still working on finishing the series. Any way I drew this today let me know if I've improved or not since I've come back please.This was done mostly in charcoal and pencil

You used the shading to your advantage with this one. The eyes aren't the best, but the expression you chose isn't the easiest of ones either. You did fairly well with the situation you were in. Good job

Thank you..I agree that the eyes could use work but I couldn't quite figure out how I should put the light in to them. I'm think on redoing this one. If I do I'll be sure to improve the eyes...as well as fix the mouth...It annoys me XD

I'd say don't stress it. If you messed up the shading [which is the important part], you'd ruin the drawing

That is true. Charcoal is hard wot work with in shading because it doesn't erase quite as well as pencil.

Lol, thank you I just started to read the books and I've fallen in love with the character my self, I plan to draw him more if I can. =]
