nah nah, it just depends on your perception of death. For me, being a christian, a cross gravestone represents eternal life and happiness. I'm not sure how the dark edges apply, maybe representing an uncertainty of death despite faith. But by no means is this a depressing photograph. The only thing depressing to me about that day is that many of the gravestones were sop old, their Names had rubbed off or been neglected. THAT was the depressing part.
