2011/06/14 Updated.This is Lailah, or Laylah, the angel who guides and teaches midlife souls in Jewish tradition.
She brings chosen souls into mothers' wombs and teach those unborn children all the secrets of the world and their whole life on earth, when the baby is going to be born, she will let the child forget all the things she teaches him or her.
But those precious knowledge are still keep within the souls...only need to remember them via exploring the world during their brief but unique lives.
Though Lailah only appears in Devil Summoner and Devil Survivor, her unique appearance given by Mr. Kaneko still attracting, and I also found Lailah's office is so sweet and touching.
