its gota feel to it as if it was taken out the back of a car window (...nothing to do with the quality, thats awesome) but its like looking back to see where you've just been watching the road dissappearing into the distance

I think since waht you focus on is the "invisible" line it creates, it might be a good thing if you also make teh horizon horizontal.
another thing probably to cover the white thing onteh left edge of the photo, to give it more sense of repetition and consistency

and yeah, i know what you mean with the horizon. But the landscape itself isnt all that straight overthere.
In this picture the horizon isnt completely straight, but the road is. so i leveled it like that.
and about the white thing, yeah i was thinking about removing it. perhaps i should.

It's pretty cool. I was actually wondering if you took it yourself when I spotted it on MSN. So you did. It's pretty nice...the tones suit this well and the composition is good too.

i was going thru the pictures from the summerholidays last year when i saw a picture of the road. A bit of cropping and the usual stuff can make it all look so different..

Finally, some sepiatone! This reminds me of the Jerry Bruckheimer production logo. The blank space of the sky creates a perfect balance against the sharp fields. I love the slightly sinuous line of the road too - it makes the image somehow more peaceful. You know how to use brightness and contrast to highlight just the right details in an image too. Well done

the little bushes at the road sideways,
the trees shadows on the road ahead,
the clarity of the white strapes on the road
and the sun in the background, it has a very special color tone, very gentle.
