Description These are actually drawings from circa '97? I don't know. This was actually after I finished the show. I went from Timon and PUmbaa into development at Disney and then over to DIC as Producer/Director of Mummies Alive. I was 23. I had no idea what I was getting myself into but saw it as a trial by fire. I figured if I completely fell flat on my face I could say "I tried" and it would have been on them for hiring someone too young. But I managed to make it through only slightly singed. The bottom left guy is Ammutt the devourer of souls. That was the only design in the show that was purely my own.

I have all of them but Nefer-tina. The toy company didn't want to make the girl. Ultimately, they did but by that point I was done with the show.

Glad you woke up early to watch them. I ran home from school to watch Robotech.

The fact that you worked on MA blows my mind. That show got me on the internet for the first time as a kid because I was so interested in it.

I always loved Ammutt. He was such a cute little critter You did a very great design. He's so adorable
Actually, it's really cool to see the "real" art and not only fanart I hope you'll post more of it.

I have so little of the real art. I didn't really keep storyboards or other character designs. It all happened so fast. Glad you like. I'm thinking of doing a drawing of one of the characters because of all the interest here on DA.

You worked on MA? I loved it as a kid and adore it as an adult. Definitely a show before its time. Ever after all these years, Nefertina is still my favourite

yeah...I was the Producer/Director for all of the episodes. I wrote the premises for about 11 of the episodes and wrote the script for the episode where Presley's Dad stops by for a visit. On this page, also, Ammut was completely my design. He was the only character that was all mine. Glad you liked/like it! It was the first show I Produced and Directed. I was 23 or 24 at the time.

You are one of the character designers????!!!!
I loved the show and I wished to have you ability to work on the dynamic of the figures as you have it!

My favorite was Rath...he is very polular expecialy among the female fans :-3

My fanart is much more...scrubs-like, but I'm just a hobby artist.

I will have a very close look to all your other art. Xou have interesting character-designs!

Glad you like the stuff. The character designs were a collaboration between myself, the art director Steven Choi and the toy designers from Hasbro.

It was a lot of fun and Rath was probably one of my favorite designs too.

Thanks. Yeah...I was the Producer/Director for all 42 episodes. Wrote the premises for 11 of them...wrote a script for one of them. It was an insane amount of work and I was 23 or 24 when I started on it. Probably aged 10 years doing it because it was 42 episodes in a year and a half. Nuts.

Ahhh how I wish that those opportunities still existed. Well, know that your insane hard work was appreciated and enjoyed by the Stuart family
