Description I thought this print had too many lines and was somewhat confusing. I decided to color it much like the previous print "Depression" [link] - If you want to see the originals please let me know. I think there is a stark contrast with white and black that is harder to achieve with color - but color brings a more human or real quality to the work.

The figure looks Native American to me so I perceive a bigger meaning . . .

The medium is ambiguous- it doesn't look like a woodcut to me. The color is warmer than in black & white, but you do lose something perhaps worth keeping?

I very much like the image.

I did the woodcut first - and then overcolored it using digital editing...I am just about to post the original so feel free to compare.
