najlepiej zadzwon do jakiegokolwiek biura poselskiego lub senatorskiego i umow sie na wycieczke. Oni wtedy wyznacza godzine i zaprowadza Cie we wszystkie miejsca i na te schody rowniezSamemu tam wejsc sie nie da bo z kazdej strony stoja budki z policjantami ktorzy chca przepustek
