Description
A former agent of the IGP that left the organization to gain more power for himself. He modified the powers he stole form the IGP when he left and now uses them to raid ships which traveled alone in space.He becomes the main rival to the Astro Force for awhile, and is seeking to try and steal Omega Nova's nova energy to increase is one fire powers.
