This cards effect is:
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Ritual of the Divine King". While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot target or destroy Contionus Spell/Trap Cards with card effects. Once per turn: When this card destroys a monster by battle, this card gains ATK equal to half of the ATK of the monster until your next Standby Phase, also: Special Summon 1 "Serket Token" (Fairy/EARTH/Level ?/ATK ?/DEF ?) with a Level and ATK/DEF equal to the destroyed monster but it cannot attack nor be used for materials to Summon a monster from the Extra Deck.
