Cannot be Special Summoned. Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, other cards and effects cannot be activated. Your opponent cannot Tribute this face-up card on the field, and this card is unaffected by your opponent card effects also you take no battle damage from attacks involving this card. This card gains ATK and DEF, equal to the combined ATK and DEF of the monsters Tributed to Summon it, respectively. You can only use this card name’s (1), (2) and (3) effects once per turn each. (1) Pay 1000 LP destroy all cards your opponent controls. (2) When your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick effect): negate it and this card gains ATK equal to that monster's original ATK. (3) You can reduce the ATK of this card or your LP by any amount you want, then transfer the amount you reduce to your own LP or the ATK of this card. When this card leaves the field you can special summon one monster whose original name is "The Winged Dragon of Ra" ignoring its summoning condition from your Deck, GY or Hand. It gains the effect of "The Divine Neo Winged Dragon of Ra" and the ATK it had while it was on the field until the end of your opponent's next end phase.
