One of my fave cartoons since i was 12 when it first aired, i see you remember the classic nicktoons like Doug, Rugrats, Ren and Stimpy and this? so did i.
Filbert is such a funny character and one of my faves from that show.

Ah, Filbert, my favorite character from Rocko's Modern Life, haha. Great job drawing him relaxing on a swing in O-Town. He almost looks like he's posing for the camera without a million thoughts rolling through his head that'll confusion the poor turtle.
Great choice of colors, very clean, and the grass... dunno what it is, but I love the fuzziness of itin the background. Awesome job.
