[A] House- She climbs in through the window which you conveniently left open.
[B] Forest-You’re in a conventional forest when you see her.
[C] Jungle- You’re exploring a tropical rainforest when you run into her, coiled around a large branch above you.
[D] Cave- You find her treasure filled cave.

Your Intentions

1A-Play with her- You want to play with her and her immense coils as they wrap you up and cuddle you.
2A- Feed her-You want to give her some yummy food for her tummy, or even yourself.
3A- Slay the beast- Either because someone sent you to kill her or for personal reasons, you try to kill her, which doesn't work too well for you.
4A- Trick her- You try to deceive her for personal benefit.
5A- Walk around- You're just walking and happen upon her.
6A- You're trying to investigate whether medusas actually turned their victims to stone.

2B- Eat you- She wants to swallow you whole, possibly stretching her coils out to have you spending a long time inside her.
3B- Tease you- She sees you as a plaything compared to her.

3C- She digests you(First stomach): She keeps you in her first stomach and melts you to a mush, and either because you're so yummy or threatened her or you want to stay with her, she keeps you inside her body.
4C- She digests you (Second stomach): She keeps you in her second stomach for what feels like forever as she slowly melts you to a mush, and either because you're so yummy or threatened her or you want to stay with her, she keeps you inside her body.
5C- You become her servant: You wind up being her plaything, or serving her, for a long time.
