Genetic Vortex is a strange looking feline by Keh'kitteh standards. He has unusual eyes for the species, leading his faction to believe he might have a genetic mutation of some kind. He has a particularly strong connection to a Dreamwalker called Gemini Gatekeeper, that happens to have the same strange color scheme. There's all kinds of rumors and speculations about this Keh'kitteh. While Shadowsky is not particularly disturbed by it, there is a lot of fear and uncertainty about it amongst other factions, especially Windchill who tend to be superstitious. They believe Genetic Vortex to be cursed or possessed, and believe that if he were to cross the more unstable planes, it may very well cause a rift.

Whether or not any of these rumors are true or not remains a mystery, although Shadowsky says it's highly unlikely. As for Genetic Vortex himself, he tends to be quiet and aloof, not all that unusual for the faction though. He "can" be nice if one gets to know him, but seeing how his existence is such a topic of debate he has ventured into a more jaded, anti social territory that is not particularly easy to break through. He can be rather rude and mean at times. Mix together the fact that Shadowsky Faction is notoriously rude and mean with the fact Genetic Vortex is an often negatively spoken of oddity, and you've got the recipe for an emo jerk.
