A young samurai wolf stands on the snowfield.

This is Takeru in armor. I will draw Takeru (and his friends), an original character I used to draw in the past, again in the future, changing him from a four-legged to an anthro. I have many stories about them in mind. Takeru was the heir to a small lord, but his family was all killed by the enemy. He grows up through various events, including the death of his family, the destruction of his clan, fighting for the revival of his clan, confronting his family's enemy, and meeting his enemy's children.

His armor design is based on the armor of Yoshihiro Shimazu. He was one of the famous warlords of the Warring States period who was known for his skill in warfare. He was feared by his enemies as an oni(鬼) and rerspected by both foes and allies alike. He is a famous general who has no shortage of cool anecdotes such as defeating a large army with a small number of warriors, being adored by his subordinates who risked their lives to protect him, and taking the head of an enemy general himself and so on.

As for his bravery and humanity, I would like to use it for Takeru's character.

This is the first time I am submitting my drawing of the Anthro samurai Takeru to the DA.
Originally, I planned to announce it after I had gained a certain amount of followers on Twitter and Instagram.

However, more than a year has already passed since I drew this one, and if I leave it unpublished, I will lose the opportunity to publish it, so I will submit it now.
As many artists may feel, their drawing skills are improving with every drawing they do. When I look back at artworks I drew a year ago with all my might at the time, I can see all sorts of immature points, and I feel very embarrassed. The drawing I am drawing at the moment is always my best work.
Therefore, I decided that it would be undesirable to leave the drawings I did of them a year ago unpublished, as they might end up in storage.
I would like to submit them in the future, interweaving them with the new works I have recently drawn.
