i did a fusion character of five of my favorite dog characters awhile ago, so here’s a cat friend to complete the set! this is chips, a smarmy, smug, and street smart new yorker with inapproporiately geeky tastes. these include going to ren fairs, stuffed animal collections, and a rly bad taste in moe anime
