Description Drawing project... we were told to make a drawing based off Yves Klein's "Leap Into The Void" [link] five seconds later. I decided to construct an objective narrative that the jumper was on a drug trip and five seconds after the psychedelic leap would find themselves painfully on the ground.

The drawing is actually composed of two drawings on Mylar paper that overlap each other. Here, the first image is the internal state of the leaper. The second image has the two Mylar sheets overlapping, as you see the drug trip mentality fade into reality. The last image is the cold aftermath of the leap without the buoyant effects of the drug.

I disagree that being on a Psychedelic trip or in this case: the aftermath isn't as bad as you make it to be. If anything: it's more liberating. You are more @ peace. Your World changes.

well the idea is that under the influence, the dude thought he could fly and made an unpleasant collision with the ground (the inspiration being the photo of Yves Klein's jump), but if he had just stayed in his window, perhaps your scenario would have been the case ^^
